The concept of a “contract under seal” was the basis of the logo design for TITLEsq, a boutique title company in Kingston, NY.

We included the house on the logo seal with the over-arching protection of the T for Title. The logo symbolizes the official nature of the title, the document that legally secures the ownership of a home.

Vertical and horizontal logo alternates are intended for use when space and readability require it.
