Life In Shadows was created for a university project, the aim of the project was to push myself away from my ridgid representational work I typically create. I used a method called sun printing using Solarfast to create prints with objects I just found around the house, trying to make them as random as i could so the silhouettes could guide the illustrations. I pieced the prints together and drew over them digitally on procreate. 

The result ended up becoming an exploration of this hidden and unknown world of the shadows, depicting the strange environments and the creatures that live within them.
