Format is a design company from Torino, Italy, that offers a wide range of tailor made design solutions.

The project, started as a redesign, changed completely the visual identity of the company. The first thing to do was to choose a new name (before was “Spinello”) and a new tag name (the old one was “mobili”). After a few months of researching and exchanging ideas I came up with “Format, progetti abitativi”. We decided to redesign everything, but at the same time create some standards to make the corporate identity extremely easy to use. I ended up with simple square modules and well balanced color palette. The project is still on going: newflickr account, soon on facebook and a cool external project.
