A criação da identidade visual do projeto Viva Paraná foi inspirada em aspectos culturais do estado que nomeia o projeto. O design da marca foi inspirado nos painéis pintados em azulejo do famoso muralista brasileiro Poty Lazzarotto, nascido em Curitiba, capital paranaense.
O logotipo carrega um ícone paraense, a gralha-azul (Cyanocorax caeruleus), ave-símbolo do Paraná, estado que abriga seu principal habitat: a Mata de Araucária. A marca também traz a estilização de um dos símbolos mais icônicos de Curitiba, o petit-pavè dos pinhões, que está presente em ruas, praças e parques da cidade. O pinhão é a semente da araucária (Araucária angustifólia), árvore símbolo do estado do Paraná.

The creation of the visual identity of the Viva Paraná project was inspired by cultural aspects of the state that names the project. The brand's design was inspired by the painted tile panels by the famous Brazilian muralist Poty Lazzarotto, born in Curitiba, the capital of Paraná.
The logo features an icon from Pará, the blue crow (Cyanocorax caeruleus), a symbolic bird of Paraná, the state that is home to its main habitat: the Araucária Forest. The brand also brings the stylization of one of the most iconic symbols of Curitiba, the pinhões petit-pavè, which is present in the city's streets, squares and parks. The pine nut is the seed of the araucaria tree (Araucária angustifólia), a tree symbol of the state of Paraná.
