QUASE IRRESPONSÁVEL is a photographic project by Bernardo Guedes about a collection of photographs captured in the photographer's night outings. A 80-page photo book archiving digital photographs taken between 2022-2023.
"This is a collection of photographs about my night outings. I always take a small camera with me and photograph what surrounds me, without much concern for how the picture might look, because most of the time I don't even think about framing or focus and I enter people's space almost as if there were no camera, even because this is secondary. An aggressive flash bursts in the night and I capture a moment there that rarely stays engraved in my memory. I photograph people, spaces and objects in the places I frequent. I am part of and know that all this is a crucial, necessary and inevitable phase, at least for me. I feel the need and want to document everything I do and these outings are no exception, they are part of my life and refer to a youth that is not mine alone."
