Design Styles Architecture was honored to assist LSG Sky Chefs with architectural services to remodel their facilities at the Tampa International Airport. The renovation was extensive, and included a complete overhaul of their building where they prepare in-flight meals for various airlines. Specific HVAC and ventilation requirements and guidelines were provided for the completed design of the kitchen and warehouse facilities renovation. A new 5-ton split system was installed for newly conditioned areas inside the existing warehouse. DSA also provided construction documents for electrical, fire alarm, and site lighting systems. Very specific requirements for different levels of cold food storage, preparation, and cleanliness were met, in addition to office facilities for the company.
