Spring
H A R U

In Japan, spring resonates with the blooming of cherry trees, known as "hanami." To portray this enchanting season, I have selected the cherry blossom and its various stages of flowering. Through the use of vibrant colors, I aim to evoke the radiance and splendor that characterizes this unique time in Japan.

Summer
Natsu

Although I have never experienced an entire summer in Japan, I can imagine the intense heat that accompanies it. In honor of this remarkable season, I have devoted my efforts to designing fans adorned with floral patterns. Summer in Japan is also synonymous with magnificent fireworks displays, which are in abundance.
Autumn
Aki
When autumn comes to mind, the image of the maple leaf instantly emerges. This magnificent tree showcases verdant green foliage during spring and transforms into a resplendent shade of red in the fall. These vibrant hues evoke memories of my initial journey to Japan, specifically my visit to the legendary Chureito Pagoda nestled near Mount Fuji. The serene ambiance created by these colors continues to inspire me.

In Japan, "usagi" refers to a rabbit. Rabbits hold a significant place in Japanese culture, often symbolizing various positive traits and concepts. They are commonly associated with qualities such as cuteness, agility, fertility, and innocence. Furthermore, the rabbit motif is often incorporated into various products and designs in Japan. Traditional crafts featuring rabbit patterns, these playful and adorable creatures have become a beloved symbol in Japanese society.
