Zero Zero - Tear It Up Music Video Redeux

Originally Shot and Edited in 2012.  I was very unhappy with the way it turned out despite the local attention and recognition it got.  I decided to take a few days and re-do the whole project from the ground up.

I made the edits faster to flow with the drive of the song, Re drew all the dancing light streaks (something close to 2000 individual frames) and added a few extra shots that I found in the folder.

One of the major issues I had with the original was the color correction/grading I did on it.  I'll be honest, at the time, my knowledge of color correction was null and void.  I just tweaked setting until it looked good - not knowing anything about clipping.  So I adjusted the Highlights, Midtones and Shadows for broadcast specs.

However, despite all I could do was work with exisiting footage shot over 2 years ago.  I was Shot on a Canon T3i and a newly (at the time) installed Magic Lantern Hack that kept screwing up.  I have since adopted the motto "Less is more" and dailed in the camera with installed camera setting utilies.

I had fun with the project.  Not including the Original edit, but the total working hours are:  3-4 hours shooting
18-20 hours editing and output.

Hope you enjoy.  Can't wait to do another video like this - the right way from the start!
