WORLD SANGO FESTIVAL, 2021

Sango Festival is an annual Festival held in Oyo town, South western Nigeria. It is an event held to celebrate the life of Sango, the god of thunder, the third king in the oyo Empire.

Sango, during his short term reign as king was fierce, powerful and respected. Sango worshippers is anticipates this festival every year because they believe that any request they make to Sango during the course of the celebration shall be granted speeedily and the beneficiary will come around the following year to thank Sango for his deeds.

This festival draws people from far and near, different parts of the world to celebrate the event which features different display of power, strength and magic.
