Play England regularly publish information sheets and research to share with the professional play community, and needed a versatile, collaborative template to be used by their central staff. Working closely with the Play England team, I developed a house style from their logo and created user-friendly, shareable templates for digital documents in Canva. I also ran some informal Canva training for staff unfamiliar with design software.

Designing in Canva meant we could set up and share the brand kit with its relevant assets, then lay out and style the templates, and finally manage the editability of elements in the design.
