Pancracio’s founder is as classic rural as he is modern urban. He grew up in a small town in the Colombian countryside but has traveled throughout the world learning all the possible ways of making bread. This deep contrast has allowed him and his project to drink from the local traditions and the fine baking techniques of the world at the same time. With this rebrand, we wanted to express that contrast. We wanted a brand that lived in the intersection; the countryside and the city; the old times and the new ones; the simplicity of a campesino with the depth of a philosopher. A brand that was a door for magical exciting stories that are born within contrast and even contradiction.
