We increasingly want to do more and more creative projects of the kind that we have never done before. This time we wanted to create a world made of felt, something that would look cartoonish and fun, just like in stop motion. Something that you want to touch. We made a small animation for the header of our site. Surely we’d love to add more animation elements but you know, we’re more static artists. We tried this first in Blender because thought there will be more controls on hair and fur but we weren’t really satisfied with the result. And then came back to lovely 3ds max and completed it right there, we were surprised that this old pal did it better! Anyway, it was very fun to do work like this.
