Berlin High Stool
Inspired in the future urban style, the music and techno clubs of the grey city of Berlin.
This is a geometrical high stool shaped in steel sheet. The legs idea came from a light halo, at the top we have the seat with a dynamic cushion. All of this shapes a futuristic minimal stool that can be in the centre of the world techno scene.
Technique
A steel sheet was chosen as a material with significant structural capacity. The seat, the legs and the lower cross section are plasma cut and cold bent using composite moulding. The joints are made by standardised bolts and welding.
