This book tells the story of an island from its very point of view. Throughout the whole book we are able to discover its adventures and feelings over the centuries. We are also able to see how much the environment and the island itself change during the time.
I wrote and illustrated this book.
And these are some of my favorite illustrations from the book.
This last illustration is going to be featured in Annual 2023 of Autori di Immagini having being selected for the publication.
As for the cover, title page and endpapers, I developed some ideas but finally decided for those ones:
