The assignment below was to use a quote that meant a lot to us and develop a typography based design for it. I chose Ralph Waldo Emerson's quote "Every artist was first an amateur." This particular quote means a lot to me because when I first started drawing and designing I was terrible at it but, by working hard and putting forth a lot of effort I was able to succeed as a multimedia designer.
