亞太傳統藝術節由國立傳統藝術中心主辦，內容涵蓋傳統音樂、舞蹈、人戲、偶戲、雜技、藝陣、工藝等多元類型，形式包含演出、展覽、講座、工作坊與學術研討等，除了展現豐富的亞太文化資產風貌，亦與大眾分享超越國界的傳統藝術能量。讓經典永續傳承，當代不斷創新，經過激盪與共融，使得傳統藝術更富有生命力且繽紛多元。

The Asia-Pacific Traditional Arts Festival is organized by the National Traditional Arts Center and covers a wide range of types including traditional music, dance, puppetry, acrobatics, processions, and crafts. The forms include performances, exhibitions, lectures, workshops and academic seminars. In addition to showcasing the rich cultural assets of the Asia-Pacific region, it also shares the traditional artistic energy beyond national borders with the public. By allowing classics to continue to be passed down and contemporary innovations to be constantly created through interaction and fusion, traditional arts become more vibrant and diverse.
