Yerkir Real Estate is one of the oldest companies in the Armenian market. And that has two main implications. On the plus side, Yerkir has some of the most experienced agents in demand. Unfortunately, until 2022, it also meant that the company’s brand identity was hopelessly outdated and needed a hard reboot. 

The first ingredient that had to go was the old logo. With Yerkir’s plans to expand into the international market, the new logo had to be legible in English. So, we discarded the Armenian letters and opted for the Latin alphabet. However, considering the company’s long history and illustrious reputation, we preserved some elements of the old logo, namely the widely-recognized globe shape and the sky blue color. The result is a totally new logo that pays homage to its predecessor by converting the ‘globe’ into a curved horizon. Next up, we used the concept of the horizon as a stepping stone to develop other brand identity elements. Unsurprisingly, with the horizon came the theme of ‘sunrise’ and the colorful sky that determined the brand’s visual style and secondary colors. The horizon’s curved line is also present in almost every graphic element that we put out. The brand’s new tagline – From dream to goal – supplements both the new identity and the company’s reputation of having seasoned professionals that will help turn your dream of a new house into a tangible task.​​​​​​​
