My monsters in netflix movie LOOK BOTH WAYS
Ok here is the story. There is a movie by Netflix came out this week. The title is Look Both Ways. I would never watch it but my friend gave me a call and asked is it possible that my art could be in this movie
I checked and omg there it was. My monsters were all over the place. The movie storyline is about a girl and animation studio in LA. And this studio is decorated with my monsters.

I got no NDA, no Prior contract no nothing from Netflix legal department. Today i emailed Netflix to check is there any copyright or whatever they have on my art.
Once i have this kinda situation with Columbia Pictures/Sony. They were filming movie 'Goosbumps.Halloween' with Jack Black. The decorator purchased somewhere a big paper standee with Halloween Haunted House cutout. There were my copyrights on it so the legal department contacted me if i dont mind they use my art in the movie and send me the contract. Ofcourse i dont mind, damn, i'd happy to see my art in a movie
My monster in Locke&Key show by NETFLIX
sup guys I got another one for u.
One of my dear followers watched this Netflix show Locke&Key, s3e2 and checked the monster sticker on the cover of boy’s diary popup for one sec and asked me does it look like mine. And the answer is yes, that’s my character. Some dude from @Netflix artdirection apparently likes my stuff. Feels good even I don’t get any credits for that. But it feels really awesome that my art was recognized by follower in this 1 sec episode in the dark room on the flipping cover of the book.

PS: the case with my monsters used in “look both ways” movie by Netflix seems to be closed. I emailed complaint message to Netflix but in few days I got and email from GettyImages legals (I sell some of my art there) with the comment: Netflix purchased STANDART license for using those 7 monsters in the movie. So apparently I got paid already. Netflix paid me yay! Do u wanna know the numbers? 0,35$ per monster (35 cents)! Lets the party started
