Last May, the Danilo Pérez Foundation opened the call for the design of a poster for the twentieth edition of the Panama Jazz Festival 2023 with the theme "The Jazz Route: Bocas, Colón, Panama" seeking to represent multicultural diversity of this cities and Afro-American resistance of the time that was fundamental for the development of Jazz.
Large interlocking shapes that form the base instruments such as the saxophone and clarinet painted in bright and vivid colors typical of black culture that form number 20 for the years that this foundation has promoted the culture of jazz in Panama.
Although this proposal was not chosen, I am proud to have participated, since this project put my creativity and conceptualization skills to the test, having to find a creative solution to convey a specific message.
