A good friend commissioned me to design and sew her a petticoat and skirt just in time for The Day of the Doctor Party, marking the 50th Anniversary of the hit BBC sci-fi show Doctor Who. She went as a steampunk-lolita-inspired version of the Tenth Doctor.
