Juwai.asia is the extended platform of Juwai.com, where we expanded our business from China to Asia in 2019. Within Juwai.asia, our team faced the challenge of reaching a broader target audience with tighter deadlines. Here is the case study of this project from the perspective of a solo product designer.

In line with the company's objective to launch the platform within 3 months, it is essential to identify the necessary features and enhancements required for a successful rollout.

To enhance readability and accommodate currency adjustments, we implemented a smart rounding system. This maintains clarity by avoiding long numbers, making it easier for buyers to compare prices and make decisions.

In comparison to Juwai.com, the Property Details Page on Juwai.asia has undergone minimal changes. However, to better accommodate the diverse searching behaviors of buyers worldwide, we have introduced some subtle enhancements:

What's Next?
Indeed, people from various countries/regions exhibit distinct property searching and buying behaviors that cannot be effectively addressed using a uniform approach. An ideal strategy would involve selecting specific locations for focused analysis of their unique buying processes. Subsequently, adjustments can be made to tailor the overall experience to the individual needs of each location.
