"Le Chiancole" is a gastronomic quality products brand by the olive mill Intini in Alberobello, Puglia, Italy. This area is characterized by Trulli buildings,  a traditional dry stone hut with a conical roof.  The name of the roof brick stones are called "chiancole". The brand identity, just like the name, is designed to recall this tradition by using the typical shapes and colours, adding a modern and an essential feel.
