Retouch mainly based on frequence separation. Skin has its' texture preserved but is soft and clean, nose-piersing removed, hair is fuller and shiny, eyes vivid, eye brows shaped, lashes fuller, lips more even, dress re-arranged and arm put in the right perspective. That's about it... I think :)
