After spending 2 years in Mumbai being back in Dubai meant ONLY one thing... Sports cars galore. One of the few reasons for moving back to by birthplace is to be able to and have access to these lovely machines with the help of friends as they are here in plenty. Not a minute goes by here in this vibrant city without spotting a cool and unique sports car.
This is a car lovers paradise...
On the first weekend back here I joined a buddy in his manic F80 BMW M3 which puts down 500+ HP tuned to perfection. He is pretty involved in the car scene here since he spends ALOT of his time in the garage tuning this behemoth of a machine.
This day was filled with LOTS and I mean LOTS of burining rubber, pops, bangs, roaring exhausts from some of Germany's finest machines and most impressive were the Porsche GT3's for obvious reasons. These things not only look amazing but come with all the race equipment built in from the factory. How many cars can you think off that come with a roll cage from the factory.
In the middle of these German machines, was this one particular Italian wonder of a car i.e. The Alfa Romeo Giulia blessed with a very special 4 leaf clover, The Quadrofoglio. Only a petrolhead would know what that means. This thing kept up and in some curves overtook the Porsches and the Audi's.
