This is my final major project that I am still developing. I have created a spinal support athleisure and base layers brand called NuPose. The technical wear has a haptic 3d coating, removable heat pads and compression. The purpose of the brand is to provide and enhance support and comfort, uplifting the wearers day to day life.
Given the importance of mental and physical health awareness during the pandemic, body positivity and an inclusive colour range within NuPose is a priority. NuPose consumers will not be compromising their workout essentials for body fluctuations which means inclusive sizing will be a focus within the brand.
Consumers are in search of a wellbeing experience through an entirely new lens, seeking a total integration into nearly all aspects of their lives. Nupose will offer a wellbeing product to consumers, WGSN identified that consumers are looking to value in their own internal curiosity and the power of trying something new which will be promising for Nupose.
Research shows that 8 out of 10 people at some point during their lives suffer with back pain. Information highlighted that back pain limits social, recreational, or family activities. (Health policy institute, 2021) One of the causes of back pain is bad posture, better health stated that 73% of brits are unhappy with their posture. (Betterhealth, 2021)
The NuPose wesbite features simple navigation tools including, sections for each category, intimates/maternity/active, Information about haptic 3d coating, as well as the founders personal journey, sustainability and social impact. The website will be the primary place for customers to purchase NuPose garment.
NuPose offers a personalised membership experience in partnership with physiotherapists reassuring customers faith in the brand.
NuPose’s branding and promotional material has a strong, unique brand identity, therefore the NuPose signature colours of green and neutrals are featured across all elements.
