Khosrow Parviz and the Fisherman Layout

This book is based on Iranian old stories similar to those that grandmothers tell their grandchildren to sleep. Such stories are all full of implicit and explicit advice.

In this story, the fisherman brings the biggest fish he could ever catch to Khosrow Parviz, a king of Sassanid. In this way, he could get the best reward. After a while, a very instructive conversation starts between them.
For the layout and designing of these pages, I have been inspired by Iranian miniatures.

Torab House Layout

“Torab House” is a company engaging in renovating and reconstructing historical buildings in the ancient city of Yazd. This office needed a book to present information about those houses and buildings which had worked on them.
“Lari Hotel” is one of the most famous and largest buildings revived by this company.
Several illustrations and layouts related to “Lari Hotel” were designed by me when I was working at that company.
This collection of images is provided for a better introduction of this magnificent and attractive building to induce the sense of this area and city with visual language.
In this image, these pages include some information about the history and architectural techniques of this hotel. This illustration depicts the roof of the hotel.

Some maps of the ground floor, basement, and roof are provided to have a better perception.
An illustration to show the use of different spaces which is produced based on the cross-section of the building.
Some data about the shape, architecture of the yards, mirror hall, and wind tower are shown too.
