The Gymnopédies, or Trois Gymnopédies, are three piano compositions written by French composer and pianist Erik Satie. These artworks are inspired by his music.

This series was really fun to work with especially when it came to doing research on the gymnopédies and their meanings. For the story, you may interpret the art as how it’s posted, or in chronological order from premier to dernier, or in the order that erik himself released the pieces (first and third, then second)
