We made a propose for the creation of an investigation center of marine life, located in Baja California Sur, Mexico. 
This project is divided in two parts, land and sea. 
In the land we can access to the aquatic transport, offices, bedrooms, etc. Meanwhile down the water que can find first level laboratories, to carry out the corresponding studies. This part is located 40 meters deep down the water.
