Botanical is a unique, crisp, aromatic gin. No bottle is exactly the same- hand selecting the finest ingredients throughout Greece. Our decade old distillation process specially blends our recipe in order to achieve a refreshing aromatic spirit using a neutral grain.
After over 2+ years of deep research and experimentation we based our spirit with 7 botanicals: juniper berries, angelica root, orris, lemon and orange peels, mint, and cassia bark. Also added to our spirit are; schinos, myrtle leaves and orange blossom- combining elegantly with critamos (from Crete).
Enhancing of the final distillate’s aroma is achieved through smooth, light filtering distillation. With a juniper driven aroma, notes of orange and lemon arise, providing a refreshing citrus profile. The palate is smooth and robust. Both juniper and critamos are immediately to the fore, complementing the spicy character from coriander, mint and cassia bark.
