Redesign website to purchase photos online
for an adventure park in the Mexican Riviera Maya.
Grupo Experiencias Xcaret is a Mexican group of companies dedicated to sustainable tourism entertainment with over 25 years in the market. They receive over 2 million visits annually, pick 3 out of 10 visitors to Cancun and the Riviera Maya and have a penetration rate of 52% among the tourists who make excursion trips.
Xcaret is one of the parks that belong to this group, I was invited to work in this proyect by Daniel Gomez from Band of Designers, It was about fotoxcaret.com website redesign, which offers visitors the opportunity to buy online, after their visit, the pictures that the official photography team take during their visit to the park.
Using the park ID of visitors, facial recognition tools and a hard work on the site user experience, this project is successful and opens the doors to be replicated in the different parks of the group.
