TEAM LIQUID
Team Liquid is a Netherlands-based multi-regional professional esports organization founded in 2000. With the release of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, Team Liquid has signed their first professional player. In 2012 Team Liquid purchased a North American Dota 2 team, marking their first attempt at multi-genre management. In January 2015, Team Liquid officially merged with Team Curse under the Liquid banner, and Steve Archancet, support staff and former Curse League of Legends, Street Fighter and Super Smash Bros. He brought his team. The European Dota 2 team won The International 2017, which has one of the largest prize pools for any esports tournament in history. Team Liquid's League of Legends team won four LCS championships and the Counter-Strike Global Offensive team was awarded the Intel Grand Slam award in 2019, a feat achieved in only four tournaments.
