DESIGN FOR PRODUCTION - CRUNCH MUESLI PACK/BRAND DESIGN

For this project I had to design three clean and simple boxes for my favourite breakfast food muesli, in a brand I created called Crunch. This design is about creating a new brand of gourmet muesli that will promote the delicious and fresh ingredients and the crunchy nutty texture of the muesli/granola. This project involved in creating three packs of different muesli blends, using only two spot colours per pack with the exception of black and the dyeline. We were allowed to use different colour strengths of these chosen spot colours. The outcomes were two mockups of each side of the three packs as well as press ready dyelines for mass production. 

For this brand I want the product to be a gourmet cafe style muesli, therefore I aimed to market this brand to target males and females of all ages who love to go out for breakfast and lunch. This target audience may be students, couples, families, artists/designers, business people who simply don’t always have time to go out for lunch or are not allowed to because of COVID restrictions and would love to eat some high quality muesli at home.

I wanted my design to consist of bright colours as well as looking quite natural. As most cafes like to support the environment and use bio-friendly materials, I want to incorporate this into my brand, making the boxes out of 100% recycled materials.
