CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

Introduction
Nowadays, young people use computers and mobile phones for longer and longer hours, especially as designers or students studying design. Long-term sitting, coupled with insufficient sitting posture, can easily increase the pressure on the cervical spine and cause cervical physiology. Curvature becomes straight or deformed.

Process
The process for this project roughly divided into two parts. In the first part, paint the canvas with acrylic paint to draw the abstract content you want. In the second part, cardboard, cloth, and clay are sequentially added to the original picture to
create a sense of hierarchy, making the picture of this painting a 3D visual effect.
Background
People realize that mobile phones have a short history, but they have brought many changes and help to mankind. It has also become a magic weapon for human achievement and history creation. People call it a mobile phone because human hands really cannot do without this wonderful mobile phone. The impact of mobile phones on humans is particularly great. At least there are far more unfavorable factors in the body than favorable factors.
Degeneration of the cervical spine occurs due to long-term work at desk with head down, computer use, high pillow sleep, long driving time, etc. When the cervical spine degenerates to a certain degree, it will cause cervical bone hyperplane and cervical disc herniation. Bone hyperplane and herniated inter vertebral disc compress the neck nerves, muscles, ligaments, etc., which can cause neck pain. Mainly manifested as local pain, neck discomfort and restricted
movement. Patients often complain that the neck is prone to fatigue. Cannot read books, watch TV, etc. for a long time; sometimes feel headaches, pain in the back of the Occident, or "neck tightness" or "stiffness" after waking up in the morning, lack of movement or noise in the neck when moving, a few patients may experience transient Reflex pain and numbness in upper limbs and hands.
