Soon, there will be a new place - a whole park where everyone will find an answer to the question about how to build a dream home outside the city.

The year of 2020 was rich with the trials. During this period, many people felt that apartments are not the best place to live and that it is great when there is a porch and a grove nearby. This understanding was reflected in the demand for prefabricated houses, sales of which continued to grow rapidly. That's why we met with those who have an ambitious desire of uniting all market players on one platform, so that it is way easier and interesting to choose from dozens of developers, architects, component manufacturers. That's how Tecopark, the center of country culture, came into being. A place where everyone will find an answer on how to build a dream home outside the city.​​​​​​​






Tecopark is a multifunctional space that will occupy more than 20 hectares. This is a regular exhibition of country houses and technologies. Just like as an educational platform where professionals share experiences with each other and customers. Besides, Tecopark is a park where it's nice to spend time with family and friends.

We have supplemented the ARANCHII Architects architectural concept with navigation elements that will help you find an exhibition and have a sense of direction, as well as teaser future objects of the park.​​​​​​​







Tecopark's communication strategy is designed not only to highlight the partners' proposals and demonstrate the life of the park, but also to promote the country lifestyle - of people who already live outside the city, their homes and lives.
