An interactive guide to using the DirectGov website & services for the disabled and impaired. I had to create a series of tutorial screencasts were voice-overed & subtitled to increase accessibility of the Directgov website and services. Delivered both online and on multi-media cd/dvd. I conceptulised, wireframed, design and built this project while at Mezzo for DirectGov.
