Talisker Whisky
A limited edition whisky bottle design for ‘Talisker’, targeted at the niche market of fisherman.
Talisker is the oldest Single Malts Scotch Whisky distillery made by the sea on the shores of the Isle of Skye, one of the most remote, rugged, yet beautiful landscapes in Scotland. Few whiskies tell the story of their origin better than Talisker. Its smell and taste instantly connect the drinker with the rugged environment – like a warm welcome from a wild sea.
A simplistic design was created to draw the consumers eye to the intricate and innovative detail of the fish hook.
The bottles contain fish hooks catching three varieties of fish found on different areas of the island. The small sized whisky bottles allows the fishermen to enjoy a dram, with their catch, at each specific fishing point around the Isle of Skye.
The tag attatched to each bottle contains a fly bait and a recipe on how to cook each fish found at the three locations around the Isle of Skye.
