PLAN EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR MASTERPIECE
The idea was to create an app that can replicate the experience of give away something. In this app the users can customize, schedule and choose every single detail of his experience.
INTERVIEWS
So the idea was to interview 5 users with specific profile.
Women of 25 - 30 years old, with A/B socioeconomic level, that have an Iphone, who have given away something in the last 3 months, etc. Then with this interviews the next step was to download the data in a table and star to codify all the data that I found and start to turn the data into insights.
In this table we can see what motivates to this women, what were their concerns, needs and expectations, behaviors, frustrations, and their life memo.
PROTO-PERSONA
With all the insights that we have I was able to create 1 specific profile of my niche user. With this person in mind I can create and developed all the logic, configuration and look n feel of the app.
VALUE PROPOSAL
Once i had my proto-persona and all my insights I can create my value proposal, in my case my value proposal is that the users can detail and specify each part of their experience from beginning to end, so that way the users can choose every detail.
Wireframes
With all the insights and data, now can choose my digital product to start to developed the look n feel, buttons, colors, typography, etc.
Mockups
Once I had all the elements I can start to add the graphics such as images, colors, etc.
