Many many moons ago, in the middle of a deep dark recession, Philips came asking for ways to market the new Sonicare-for-kids electric toothbrush. Rather than waste their money on tradition ads, we created a little video game which taught kids how to brush their teeth.

Sonic Simon, the games' character (named after yours truly), became an internet sensation of sorts and topped the online video game charts (even beating Lego Harry Potter). The game went viral in the pre-Corona sense of the word and was played everywhere, from Nicaragua to the Netherlands.

We even sent a flat-pack trophy to kids that had been Brilliant Brushers!
