Oh Deer Racing
The process of designing a logo and creating a name for a race team based in the UK and specializing in Group 3 cars began with inspiration from the mother of one of the owners. She had been saying the phrase “Oh Dear Oh Dear” often when her sons were racing, so this phrase was transformed into “Oh Deer” as a nod to her. The antlers of the deer were chosen to represent racing lines, to suggest the idea of speed and agility. This concept was then developed into a logo that could be used as an effective representation of the team.
