The Behance team is very grateful for the coverage and suggestions we have received from blogs around the world since the launch of AMO. A few blogger reviews we've come across (aside from the official ones at TechCrunch and Mashable): 1222North's review of Action Method - correctly pointing out that this IS more "action management" than "project management" (quite a philosophical difference we are proud of!  And then their is Plus63 - a showcase of Filipino Creativity. We'll keep a look-out for other interesting interpretations of Action Method Online and how it can help people and teams make ideas happen.

Our team was thrilled to further launch Action Method Online (AMO) today. We've been working for years on developing the methodology, the products, and the concepts, design, and technology behind this service. It feels good to finally share AMO with others (beyond the beta user program).

The application received reviews today in TechCrunch, Mashable, LifeDev, and (via TechCrunch) in the Washington Post.

Part of the Behance Team got "Full on Good" at All Day Buffet's Social Innovation Conference appropriately titled "The Feast" - a day full on inspiration, action, and making good ideas happen!

Our very own, Scott Belsky, gave a talk on working with a bias towards action and discussed ways to foster accountability, collaboration, and productive idea generation.

Our team was thrilled to discover that top featured projects from the Behance Network are now streamed on design supersite DesignYouTrust. We're thrilled that featured works in the Network are getting more exposure around the world. Sites can apply for a Network project widget by contacting the Behance Team.

We're excited to have our Chief of Design, Matias Corea, as one of the judges for the Wiley Design Challenge.  Wiley, a leading publisher of Adobe how-to books, is asking the creative community to submit book cover ideas for "Photoshop for Right Brainers." Behance founder Scott Belsky delivered a keynote presentation at this year's re:think conference - for leaders in the event management industry. The presentation was based on the Behance team's research on "making ideas happen" and how some of the most productive creative people and teams in the world function. Keynotes and consulting engagements are all a part of Behance's Advisory Services.

The Action Method Online (AMO) beta launch period has begun. The team is psyched and we invite you to read a bit about this new productivity application in the online magazine.

In the meantime, we have been busy gathering feedback, filming demos (some pictures below, taken by JB), and gradually inviting more and more people and teams to sign onto the application. We invite you to sign-up for the beta list at ActionMethod.com.

You may have noticed our sites were down for around 30 minutes from 6:15 to 6:45PM EST time. There was a slight misconfiguration while we changed settings to make our sites more stable and secure. So ironically, the changes to make the sites stay up, made the sites go down. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again. We can also assure you that nothing was lost and that the sites are now, in fact, more stable and secure than ever before.

We wanted to provide an updated list of the select retail stores that Behance has partnered with across the US.  These retails partners are the first to carry the Action Method product line.
