Michael Cina is the co-founder of WeWorkForThem and YouWorkForThem and currently runs the Minneapolis, MN studio.
WeWorkForThem is the creative duo of Michael Cina and Michael Young. Since their uniting as a single identity, they have gone on to create endless amounts of work in all scopes of the creative arena. WeWorkForThem’s unique approach is why their work has been sought after by a diverse group of companies, art galleries, architects, musicians and also for their live performances. The work they have created over the years reflects knowledge of post WW2 modernist theory with modern day technology and abstraction.
Cina has experimented with many forms of design and is well known for his typographic work. Mike also spent many years as an online artist and freelancer upholding successful projects like Trueistrue.com that brought a whole new approach to the way designers looked at the medium of web development, interaction, and motion, and time. Mike continues to advance the understanding of his education in design styles such as Bauhaus, Modernism, Swiss, and Constructivism into a warping of abstract complex grids that equal functional design developments.
